Welcome to Dhanam Collections! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • By using our site, you confirm you can form legally binding contracts

2. Products & Pricing

  • All products displayed are for women's ethnic wear (sarees, kurtis, salwar suits)

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST

  • We reserve the right to modify prices, products, or discontinue items without notice

  • Product images/colors may vary slightly due to screen settings

3. Orders & Payment

Order Process:

  • Add items to cart → Checkout → Select payment → Confirm order

  • Order confirmation via email/WhatsApp within 5 minutes

Payment Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

  • UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm)

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (₹50 convenience fee, non-refundable)

Order Confirmation: Once payment is verified, order cannot be cancelled (except per Return Policy).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1,500

  • Standard delivery: 2-3 days (Vijayawada), 3-5 days (metros), 5-7 days (other cities)

  • Shipping charges calculated at checkout based on pincode

  • Track your order via WhatsApp link or My Account

5. Returns & Exchanges

See our Return Policy for complete details:

  • 7-day return/exchange for unworn items with tags

  • No returns on custom/altered garments, undergarments (hygiene)

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content (images, designs, trademarks) © Dhanam Collections

  • Personal use only; no reproduction without written permission

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use site for unlawful purposes

  • Post harmful content or spam

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt our systems

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Products sold "as is"; we are not liable for indirect damages

  • Maximum liability limited to order value

  • Force majeure events (strikes, natural disasters) excuse delays

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian laws. Any disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vijayawada, NTR District, Andhra Pradesh.
