Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

Items eligible for return/exchange within 7 days from delivery:

✅ Eligible Items:

  • Unworn, unwashed clothing with original tags attached

  • Same condition as received (no makeup/perfume stains)

  • Sarees, kurtis, salwar suits, blouses, lehengas

  • Wrong size, color, or design mismatch

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Undergarments, petticoats (hygiene reasons)

  • Custom stitched/altered garments

  • Items with hygiene concerns (used/washed)

  • Personalized embroidery items

  • Sale/discounted items marked "Final Sale"

Return Process (Step-by-Step)

  2. Share order number and issue (photo evidence required)

  3. Receive return authorization and free pickup details (select areas)

  4. Pack item in original packaging with tags

  5. Handover to courier or schedule pickup

Exchange Process

  • Same process as returns

  • Exchange for same value item (different size/color)

  • Shipping charges apply for new delivery

Refund Timeline

Refund credited to original payment method

Damaged/Defective Products

  • 100%  replacement or refund

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos
